   Something about this strain just does not live up to all the hype i’ve heard people make of it. When i bought my 1st 8th of the purps @ my local shop,the budtender made it sound like it was the best kept secret of all purples and the huge nugs were extremely purple and beautiful so i bought it & went straight home to smoke it. It was not potent and was not worthy of being called a purple. It was like smoking some unknown strain from off the streets,basically there are ALOT of indicas that i’d buy before the purps ever even crossed my mind. My other experience w/the purps was similar. I bought a wonderful looking batch of master purp [master kush x the purps]…This also was a shitty indica that only gets sold because of its name & when you think of crossing those strains together that you’d get a good strain out of it,but no. So i said fuck it on the purps & went back to smoking grown ups indicas that actually are potent & force u to pass out if you smoke too much. Not that baby shit like the purps

   i gotta agree with chris, he basically summed it all down for me. i dont like this strain at all . it just looks and sounds great.. the taste wasnt all that great for a purp and the high wasnt to good either. hate to say it but i probly would rather have me some good reggs…. lol
