Type: Hybrid – Indica Dominant

Looks: A king sitting on a throne. This is the cream of the crop right here. It has magnificent shades of green and yellow-green, with fluorescent orange hairs. Looks like it has been lightly sugared. They come in incredibly large chunks (super sized). This is the largest and most intimidating OG kush I have ever seen.

Smell: Really DANK! with some pine for a great scent. The minute I opened the bottle, the aroma infested my entire house in a good ten minutes. Definitely strong scent; got all my pets high off the smell. Pretty skunky too.

Taste: Like every citrus fruit just merged into one giant marijuana nugget. It has a great taste, I wanted to sprinkle some of it on my food. The smoke is a strong harsh thick one.

Effects: Will bash your head in. This super potent bud is amazing. A massive indica effect on the body with some mental images if you take enough. It has you feeling really calm and relaxed. If you lay down, it will feel like your are on top of a cloud. This strain is very rare, and it’s genetics make it so special. This one is truly my favorite Los Angeles strain.

Potency: 11/10! No matter how long you have been smoking, this strain will have you coughing your lungs out. Be careful on how much you intake also, you don’t want to knock out with one long toke.

Grade: A

Type: Sativa dominant hybrid.

Looks: Pale, light green buds that sparkle. An abundance of orange hairs. Compact and very dense nuggets. There’s not much purple, but this medicine wasn’t exposed to cooler temperatures.

Smell: Slightly sour fruit…a little bit like sweet red grapefruit.

Taste: Expansive and tangy. Sativa smooth. Tickles in the nose and tangy on the exhale. More of a “purple” taste than smell.

Effects: Quick and long-lasting head buzz. Uplifting – lots of energy and good vibes with a little bit of an increase in heart rate, but no jittery feeling. Slightly psychedelic effect. Put on some good music and clean the house.

Sticky Icky OG Kush

Strain Name: Sticky Icky OG Kush

Type: Indica/Sativa hybrid

Looks: Looks and feels like it’s name, really sticky, although it’s not that icky. Like it’s OG siblings, it has those fluorescent and gorgeous orange hairs. A great looking green color, not too dark & not too bright. Some amount of crystals that cover the bud. This is the stickiest strain I have ever did touch. Comes in large and dense clusters.

Smell: Has a strong pine smell. Like something I would want to have hanging in my car so it can smell better. This smell will overcome any other smell, and it can stay for a while; the sticky side of course. It has a rich aroma that reminds me of other fantastic OG strains.

Taste: Tastes funky, but not in a bad way. A flavorful kind of tree or ravishing fruit. I do taste a hint of lemon, but that not all, you also get a blast of earthly elements in there.

Effects: This OG plant combines a sedating cerebral effect with a numbing physical response. It is a pleasant, smooth, and long-lasting ride you don’t want to get off from. I have had a friend use a vaporizer and he has told me it has given him better results, but either way you intake this kush, it is guaranteed alleviate the distress of insomnia or chronic pain.

Potency: Extremely Potent. It will have you stuck to your bed if you are not too careful. It lasted me a good two hours, but still I was a bit high the continuing hours. This may be top shelf but it can be found anywhere really; I was able to get some grams from Long Beach, but any local shop around California will have in stock for sure.

Strain Name: Moonlight OG Kush

Looks: Like a lot of the other planetary kushes (Mars, Delta, etc). The difference is that this one literally looks like it was made on the moon. One of the brightest OGs I have ever did see. Very luminous and magnificent, it has every right to claim it’s name. White hairs cover the entire bud, orange hairs burst right out of it, and a nice bright lime light shining right through. Moonlight Sonata.

Smell: Very Flavorful Scent! Can’t quite describe it, but it is if I have walked inside a grove full of different earthly aromas. Divine.

Taste: Like lemon, but without that acidic citrus taste on the tongue. Some hint of vanilla in there, but it favors more into the lime side.

Effects: The Moonlight bud was (I believe) made for appetite. Food has never tasted so good after a couple of tokes. My taste buds feel enlightened with each taste of sweet or salty delight my tongue engulfs. An Indica high for sure, but not for those for a full blown adventure. This Kush is for a walk in the park or a trip to a restaurant.

Potency: Medium Potency (Not too strong, not too weak either)

Looks: Looks like Yoda in Marijuana Form. Like it’s OG brothers and sisters, this bud contains those beautiful orange strains spouting out of it’s light green core. It is Completely covered in crystals with swollen trich heads looking to burst, super pale buds that equal it’s pale sugar leaves, and it’s just huge & plumpy. Chunky balls of Yoda gold.

Smell: This dank devil will infest your house in it’s earthly smell. So rough even the neighbors might smell it. This scent will last you for days; rich and pure. Imagine a dash of vanilla scent with a garden of OG bud surrounding it; love it.

Taste: Taste like some sort of ice cream to me. Lemony taste, with a burst of vanilla, orange, and maybe some other fruits. This Kush is truly Majestic.

Effects: If you are an old fan of old school California kush of PK from back in the day, this is the strain for you. The first second I took a hit I felt smooth and relaxed. I’d laid on my couch for a good two hours. Careful not to take too much, this kush may knock you out (although it didn’t knock me out and I’m still a beginner). The effects are mostly located on the body, although there is a slight tingle on the the spine and the cerebral area. A fun experience when you have nothing to do, and your favorite movie is on. Enjoy this one from California Ladies & Gentlemen.

Potency: Very High. Add this to your Star Wars Collection: OG Skywalker, OG Darth Vader, Etc.
