White Rhino

Strain Name: White Rhino

Grade: A-

Type: Indica (Organic Grow)

Looks: Chunky light green buds with bright orange hairs. Tons of hairs that hang off the buds like troll hair. Lots of crystals cover every green part of the bud. (8/10)

Smell: Very fresh earthy smell with hints of berry fruit. When I broke it up it smelled liked fresh berries. Smells absolutely delicious! (9/10)

Taste: Has a great fresh crisp earthy taste with a faint hint of sourness, the organic grow really showed up in the great taste. Very smooth. (9/10)

Effects: Night time use. This is a great strain for pain relief, relaxing, and anti-anxiety. Provided an almost narcotic like effect and had me nearly couchlocked. Was somewhat clear headed and able to get stuff done in the process. Too much and its sleepy time. Powerful medicinal effects to say the least. (8/10)

Potency: Strong (9/10)

Reviewed By: Volcanobis

Notes: The organic grow really made a big difference on the taste and smell. I sampled some white rhino that was non-organic a few weeks back and this organic batch was far superior. This is some dank!

Bubblegum

bubblegum

Strain Name: Bubblegum

Grade: B

Type: Hybrid – Sativa Dominant

Looks: Light green with lots of bright orange hairs. The buds are kind of airy. Has TONS of crystals that looks like snow. (8/10)

Smell: When the jar is cracked it smells similar to a piece of old school bazooka bubblegum. When its ground up it has a strong citus like smell with hints of manufactured plastic and bazooka bubble gum. (9/10)

Taste: Has a decent sweet and wet earthy taste on the inhale, similar to the smell before it’s ground up. The exhale tastes like burnt campfire leaves. The taste on the exhale is from the grow and not the strain, as I’ve had bubblegum before that tasted like bubblegum chewing gum. (6/10)

Effects: Night time use. Provided powerful medicinal effects. Worked great for pain, relaxing and anti-anxiety. I was expecting more of a sativa like effect, but it felt like it was more on the heavy indica side. I was on verge of being couched locked, but still very energetic at the same time. One bowel from the volcano was more than enough to get er’ done. (8/10)

Potency: Strong (8/10)

Reviewed By: Volcanobis

Notes: I’ve had the bubblegum strain before and it was much better than this batch. The bubblegum i’ve had before was easily grade A. Seems like the grower on this batch used too many nutrients and rushed the cure job which was definitly reflective of the taste. It’s worth noting that it did put out a nice thick vapor from the volcano vaporizer. The exhale taste really hurt the grade on this. With a better taste it could have easily received an A.

Grapefruit Haze

grape fruit haze

Strain Name: Grapefruit Haze

Grade: C-

Type: Sativa

Looks: Light to medium dark green buds that are kind of airy (standard sativa) with bright orange/redish hairs. (6/10)

Smell: Has a slight hint of grapefruit that is overpowered by haze. The haze smell is kind of sweet, followed by a leafy smell. (6/10)

Taste: Has a very bland taste with a tiny hint of citrus fruit overpowered by a light burnt leaf taste. (5/10)

Effects: Day time use. Very energetic and concentrated effects. Good strain to use during the day when lots of tasks need to be completed. Very clear head. Not a good strain for high tolerance, it won’t do much. (5/10)

Potency: Weak (5/10)

Reviewed By: Volcanobis

Notes: Did not put out a lot of vapor from the volcano. This strain seems to have a lot of the characteristics of haze as opposed to it’s grapefruit parent which is a bummer for the taste and smell dept.
