Chocolate Chunk Marijuana

Chocolate Chunk Marijuana Strains

Strain Name:
Chocolate Chunk
Grade:
A+
Type:
100% Indica
Looks:
Small dense buds. Beautiful shades of green and plentiful with trichomes.
Smell:
Very Earthy and mountain Forest-like smell. Won’t stink up a house but the smell is pungent up close. Slight chocolate aroma.
Taste:
Earthy taste with a slight yet distinct chocolate aftertaste.
Effects:
Chocolate Chunk is a perfect night time or lazy day smoke. The high is a very stoning, narcotic like high. At first the high is pretty intense. I greened/passed out for a few minutes my first vape session, however never felt any paranoia/panic while I was trippin my balls off… But then the classic “heavy” Indica effects gradually creep on stronger and stronger until all stress and muscle tension melts away and the intense body high sets in. Long lasting effects 2-3 hours.
Potency:
VERY VERY strong! A little truely goes a long way. Capable of flooring even experienced smokers as I learned with my first vaporizer session. Of all the awesome different strains I have smoked, OG Kush is the only strain that is in this “strength class.”

Top notch medical strain! Since I’ve started smoking Chocolate Chunk I’ve been able to go off a number of medications (with doctors approval.) I no longer need to take Xanax for my anxiety and panic attacks. The physical pain killing properties of this strain are unbelievable. I have arthritis in my ankles and no longer need to take ibuprofen for pain/swelling. I also dislocated my elbow and seperated a rib in a nasty snowboarding crash and was prescribed oxycodone for pain. For me personnally, Chocolate Chunk managed the pain MUCH better and for longer than the pharmaceuticals prescribed. It has been a life changing medicine for me personally. I highly recommend it.

Black Rhino OG Kush

Strain Name: Black Rhino OG Kush

Genetics: A mix of White Rhino and OG Kush

Grade: A

Type: Indica Dominant Hybrid

Looks: The name derives from the rare, endangered, and beautiful black rhino. It comes in clumpy nuggets of white THC-covered dark green and long hairs of such a dark red that they are nearly black, are also resilient and tough looking. One of the toughest looking OG Kushes out there.

Smell: This bud has a strong chocolate leather OG smell, with tones of dark fruit, citrus, grass, and black pepper. The berry smell is noticeable, and has my nostrils want more. I never really smelled anything like this before, and it such a great treat.

Taste: Delicious! As the tastes of berry touches your tongue, so will the pepper & spice. I personally favor the flavor, but it’s up to you wither you will like it or not.

Effects: Effects both body and head quite strongly. A big puff gives a powerful blast of tingles to the head which spread down the arms and eventually rest through the legs into your feet. It will keep your head high and your body low. However, this won’t have you feeling like sitting on the couch, but rather give you some energy. I was able to get some work down around my house and keep my mind focus on work.

Potency: High. It’s a great new product, and it is rare to find. I only have gotten some grams here in the Los Angeles Area. Still this is a strong stoned!

Pakistan Chitral Kush

Pakistan Chitral Kush

Strain Name: Pakistan Chitral Kush (aka Purple Pakistani)

Grade: A+

Type: 100% landrace Indica

Looks: Deep purple, with dark orange hairs and deep green mixed throughout. Buds on this plant were small, but incredibly dense and heavy. Calyxes turned purple in last few weeks without cold temps, and resin production was very heavy, coating the small buds in a nice layer of crystals.

Smell: While growing smelled strongly of menthol, with a hard-to-place smell that I can only describe as stale “After 8″ chocolate mints. To be honest, it was actually kind of off-putting. Once cured, the chocolate smell came out even further, and the menthol seemed to be subdued, and at this point I actually really enjoyed the smell. Very unique, and unlike any other plant I’ve grown.

Taste: Menthol on the inhale, and sandalwood/incense on the exhale. Very smooth, with moderate expansion in the lungs.

Effects: Very mellow. Absolutely no raciness or paranoia whatsoever. The first time I smoked this after a three week cure, I realized I was walking around with a huge grin on my face for about an hour. Relaxing, happy, and humour stimulating. Didn’t seem to increase my appetite all that much, so I can’t say it’s too medicinal for my purposes (Crohn’s disease), but that didn’t detract from the overall experience. This is a bud that is perfect to just relax and chill at the end of the day. Not a heavy or clumsy indica stone, and not a racey sativa, but the perfect balance between the two – even considering it’s pure indica.

Potency: Certainly the least potent in my arsenal, but not in a bad way. This isn’t a bud you would smoke if you wanted to get destroyed, but this is your ticket if you want a happy, cheerful, social smoke that isn’t going to incapacitate you.

Grower’s Notes: This was the only keeper plant out of a pack of 20 beans (from Beanho). It was an absolute whore to grow. Nothing but constant problems with deficiencies, slow growth, ph problems, etc. It was a miracle I got this one to the finish line. This is the most difficult and finicky plant I have ever grown, and I have conferred with other growers of this strain, that I’m not alone. This was the only plant to turn purple, all other phenos were very green, and not to my liking at all. Ended up cutting my losses and destroying all the other plants so I could start on something else.

With that being said, it seems that it’s an issue of poor breeding here. I have spoken with other growers who have grown this plant from Cannabiogen’s stock (the original breeder), and have had none of the problems that myself and others have had with Beanho’s seeds. Yes, this is an inbred landrace strain and as such you can’t expect the same vigour or yield as other proven hybrids, but even with that being taken into account, this plant was just too problematic to be recommended to all but the most experienced grower.

However, if you lucky enough to grow this plant, and find this rare pheno, and avoid many of the problems that I ran into, you will be well rewarded with your effort. The finished product is absolutely amazing.

Grape Kush

Grape Kush

Strain Name: Grape Kush

Grade: B+

Type: Indica

Looks: The nug is pretty dense and very colorful. If has a even distribution of dark green and a very light purple. It is not as manicured as other buds that i get from the dispensary but i think That they were mainly left for color. It has a light crystal pack but very nice short medium brown hairs that cover the entire nug.

Smell: The smell is very strong and has that characteristic kush like smell. The best part of the intoxicating smell is the overwhelming chocolate grape smell that stays in your nose and mouth for quite awhile.

Taste: The taste is a little too light and disappears far to quickly after the bowl has been hit. What is there is a sweet grape soda like taste with a mix of skunky kush.

Effects: The high comes on very quick and by the time your done with your first hit you definitely feel it. It is very stony and friendly. It makes you very happy and ” giggly “. This is perfect for complete relaxation without getting completely knocked out. My advice when smoking this strain is get a good movie sit as that’s all you will want to do after smoking this strong indica.

Grade: AAA++

Type: Mostly Sativa Hybrid

Looks: Amazing. Fresh tight nugs, dark green, with the prettiest orange hairs. Super Sparkle.

Smell: Other worldly. Believe that. It does NOT smell like cookies fresh off the oven, more like the box that the cookies come in. It smells somewhat minty, a hint of lemongrass, and it reeks like skunk.

Taste:Waaay different to what it smells, geez. Milky soothing smoke, that hits the lungs crucial. Wow, you get the taste in layers, cherry, lemon grassy, chocolatey, minty, then a refined silky kushy taste on the exhale. Huh…the taste just lingers in the lips for ever…

Effects:The effects are energetic, a superior potent buzz. Mostly in the head.

Potency: Potency, I say in the 20% range, the buzz lasted about 1 1/2 hours, I packed i bowl for me and my friend.
